the perfect demographics for the people you want to reach.
Joy on Paper is a program for writers and those who dream of writing -- and for everyone who wants to know the story behind the book.
The program premiered on March 17, 2015 -- it was a Tuesday (a good luck day) and St. Patrick's Day. Since then PatZi has interviewed hundreds of authors, dozens of agents, and many leaders in the publishing world. Her guests come from all genres: fiction, nonfiction, memoir, thrillers, mysteries, romance, sci-fi, fantasy, westerns, YA, picture books and more.
The goal of the program is to help authors reach a wider audience for their books and to encourage readers to read more.
Currently the program is on the air just two days a week -- PatZi hopes to expand the program within the year to over 100 stations, five days a week.

One of the greatest gifts in life is the ability to read -- please support Joy on Paper, a program to encourage people to read and for writers to write more.
Whether an author is published by a traditional publishing house or they decide to strike out on their own and publish as an indie author, they need help to reach out to readers -- not just during the first few weeks of their release dates, but on a continuing basis.
That is what makes Joy on Paper so unique. Of course, I love to speak to authors on the the day they release a book because a 'release day' is an important event in an their life. It is fun to share that exciting moment in their lives, but that is a fleeting moment. Even the largest publishing houses give an author support for a few short weeks. That is why I enjoy having authors come on Joy on Paper to talk about their entire body of work and to connect with readers on a different level. My listeners enjoy getting to know and author and to hear about the stories behind their books.
