It has been a long time–five years–since we have had a new Rizzoli & Isles book. So fans are excited about Tess Gerritson‘s Book #13 in the series: LISTEN TO ME.

I remember reading her first book in this popular series: THE SURGEON. I was impressed at the time, Jane Rizzoli was in it — but not Maura Isles. It took a while to get the series going and then it just blossomed into this amazing success. Million of books sold and award winning television series.

Fans will be happy to have the dynamic duo back — and this time with a big role for Jane Rizzoli’s mother, Angela.  As always, this is another intriguing crime story with many twists and turns. I particularly enjoyed the development of the mother/daughter relationship and the ending gives us the thrills we expected from Tess Gerritsen.
