Enjoyed talking to Sara Driscoll about STILL WATERS, Book #7 in her F.B.I. K-9 series, which features Hawk, a search-and-rescue Labrador and his handler, F.B.I Special Agent Meg Jennings.
Part police procedural and an exciting suspense, Sara Driscoll captures the beauty of Minnesota’s lake district where a water-searching training weekend turns deadly. The rivalry between the different law enforcement teams is fierce. Already under pressure, Meg soon finds herself in trouble when Hawk discovers a fresh body in the lake. And suspicion falls on Meg.
Great plotting with a host of interesting characters, including Meg’s friend and co-worker Brian Foster and his German shepherd, Lacey, make for a great read.
The interactions between Meg and Brian and Hawk and Lacey are thoroughly enjoyable. And there is plenty of action in this whodunit that will keep you turning the pages.
